Today was what I imagined about when I signed up for this trip. It was a bit cool in the morning, but I just put enough layers on & all was well. There was a little bit of climbing, but nothing steep, and a lot of downhill or flat riding. This was fun. The scenery was nice, with some low mountains in the background. Here is a picture of a mountain that hasn’t had snow on it in the past 10 years of C2C, but this year has a coat of snow.
We also entered our 3rd State & here is proof I was there
Had lunch at a wayside which marked the location where Geronimo surrendered
And here’s a picture of an abandoned fieldstone building along the road that I thought was picture worthy.
WDYLT - ILT in Germany judges aren’t elected or appointed, they are hired like civil servants by bureaucrats (learned from the German rider on our trip)

ReplyDeleteI agree with Jen, I check every night for a new post before I go to bed! Sounds like today was pretty awesome. I’m glad days like today are in the mix of such a challenge!
